What should I expect from a dermal filler procedure?

The first step in getting dermal fillers is a private consultation with your Hudson Face & Eye provider. They may ask you to bring in a photo of yourself at a younger age to help recreate your youthful looks naturally.  Dr. Yogita Kashyap performs dermal filler treatments in two 30-minute sessions. The second treatment allows them to add more filler, if necessary, after the swelling subsides.  Dermal fillers don’t require downtime for recovery, but some patients experience mild bruising, swelling, and redness at the injection sites. This typically goes away within a few days and may be reduced if you take oral arnica and bromelain before and after treatment.
